TXT e-solutions (Nuovo Mercato TechStar: TXTS) gibt die Unterzeichnung des Vertrags über den Erwerb von 100 Prozent an MSO bekannt, einem deutschen Unternehmen, das sich auf Software-Technologien für den Supply Chain-Bereich spezialisiert hat und zu 62 Prozent von Semikron (einem Halbleiterhersteller) sowie zu 38 Prozent von seinem Management gehalten wurde.

Das 1996 in Deutschland gegründete Unternehmen MSO operiert in drei industriellen Hauptsektoren: Textilien und Bekleidung, Automotive sowie variantenreiche Fertigung. MSO beschäftigt an zwei Standorten in Chemnitz und Halle rund 30 Mitarbeiter und verzeichnete 2003 Einnahmen in Höhe von 2 Millionen Euro (für 2004 wird mit 2,2 Millionen Euro gerechnet),
