TWIKE gewinnt ersten Platz bei der WAVE

TWIKE und Tesla punktgleich: Die längste Elektroauto-Rallye der Welt vergibt dieses Jahr zwei erste Plätze

Am Samstag den 22. September wurden die Gesamtsieger der 14 tägigen Rallye WAVE (World Advanced Vehicle Expedition) von Genua nach Amsterdam am Zielort Amsterdam gekürt. Von den 18 startenden Teams erreichten 16 das Ziel der 2.700 km langen Strecke, bei der es täglich Sonderprüfungen zu bestehen gab. Mit dabei, neben TWKE und Tesla, u.a. auch die ETH Zürich mit ihrem Supersportwagen SUNCAR, ein Citroen C-Zero, ein Nissan Leaf, ein Renaut Fluence, der Prototyp Zerotracer und ein Stromos von German E Cars.

Die Teilkriterien des Wettbewerbes waren sehr umfassend und betrafen sowohl die Leistungsdaten der Fahrzeuge (Beschleunigung, Reichweite in Form von
