Hattingen 31. März 2003- Der Konzernabschluß zum 31.12.2002 ist nach den Vorschriften des HGB und nicht mehr gemäß IAS aufgestellt. Der Konzernumsatz in 2002 betrug 148,0 Mio. Euro. Der Vorjahresumsatz lag bei 148,4 Mio. Euro. Berücksichtigt man jedoch die Währungseinflüsse im Rahmen der Konsolidierung von Fremdwährungsumsätzen von insgesamt 3,7 Mio. Euro ergibt sich auf Basis der lokalen Währungen ein Umsatzanstieg von umgerechnet 3,3 Mio. Euro. Das Wachstum im Bereich der Non Impact Produkte wurde fortgesetzt. Der Umsatz mit Non Impact Produkten in 2002 betrug 101,3 Mio. Euro (Steigerung gegenüber Vj. 9,2 Mio. Euro bzw. 9,9 %). Insgesamt verteilte sich der
