Wenn es im Winter frostig wird, setzen einige zu Hause auf Heizlüfter, um die Raumtemperatur zu erhöhen. Die elektrischen Direktheizungen punkten mit einem geringen Kaufpreis und hoher Flexibilität beim Einsatz. Allerdings ist Luft ein schlechter Wärmeleiter. Sie erwärmt sich zwar schnell, kühlt aber ebenso schnell wieder ab.
