ERP-Zufriedenheit 2005: Anwender stellen ERP-Anbietern und -Lösungen ein gutes Zeugnis aus

Wie zufrieden sind Anwender mit ihrer ERP-Lösung? Wie sieht die Realität in puncto ERP/Business Software in deutschen Unternehmen aus? Welche Trends lassen sich zum ERP-Einsatz feststellen? Um Antworten auf diese Fragen zu erhalten, hat die Trovarit AG zusammen mit der COMPUTERWOCHE und den Partnern i2s GmbH, Zürich, Forschungsinstitut für Rationalisierung (FIR) an der RWTH Aachen und MQ result consulting AG, Kon-stanz, zum zweiten Mal nach 2004 die Nutzung von ERP-Lösungen in Deutschland auf einer breiten empirischen Basis genauer untersucht.

Insgesamt beteiligten sich 1766 Anwenderunterneh-men und bewerteten 1900 installierte ERP-Systeme. Die Branche erhält insgesamt ein „gut“, mit einer leicht besseren durchschnittlichen
