Vorstand scheidet aus

Bad Soden, 28.2.2003. Nach Angaben der Triplan AG scheidet das Vorstandsmitglied Dr. Volker Schlüter auf eigenen Wunsch mit Wirkung zum 28.2.2003 aus dem Unternehmen aus.

Dr. Schlüter leitete den Geschäftsbereich Engineering, der in den letzten Jahren Umsatz und Ergebnis deutlich steigern konnte. Von September 2001 bis September 2002 führte er die Triplan AG als Alleinvorstand. Mit der Neuausrichtung des Geschäftsbereichs IT in dieser Zeit werden auch in diesem Segment wieder positive Ergebnisse erzielt.

Die Triplan AG wird von dem Vorstandsvorsitzenden Ralf Heimberg weitergeführt.
