Die RIECKE CATI GmbH firmiert ab sofort unter dem neuen Firmennamen Transpera - Institut für Markt- und Meinungsforschung GmbH. Die Gesellschaft nimmt außerdem die Durchführung von IVR-Befragungen in ihr Leistungsportfolio auf.

Mit IVR-Befragungen (Interactive Voice Response) ist das automatisierte Erheben von Befragungsdaten möglich. Automatisierte Telefonbefragungen eignen sich zum Einfangen des Stimmungs- und Meinungsbildes eines Anrufers nach einem Vertriebs- oder Supportgespräch.
