Sinnvolle Begrenzungsmechanismen für die Vorstandsvergütung bestehen bereits

Der Aufsichtsrat hat gemäß Aktiengesetz sicherzustellen, dass sich die Vorstandsbezüge in einem angemessenen Rahmen bewegen. Darüber hinaus muss er grundsätzlich eine Begrenzungsmöglichkeit für außerordentliche Entwicklungen vereinbaren (Deutscher Corporate Governance Kodex - DCGK). Im Einzelnen muss der Aufsichtsrat in folgenden Situationen die Angemessenheit der Vergütung prüfen:
