TNT Express hat der Troisdorfer Tafel Geschenke für hilfsbedürftige Kinder in der Region gespendet. Thomas Kraus, Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung von TNT Express in Deutschland, übergab ein symbolisches Päckchen an Regina Lunetta, Koordinatorin des gemeinnützigen Vereins. Mehrere Wochen lang hatten TNTler von Standorten im Rhein-Sieg-Kreis eine ganze Wagenladung Weihnachtsgeschenke gesammelt, um hilfsbedürftigen Kindern ein frohes Fest zu bescheren.

Seit Oktober 2010 ist TNT Express exklusiver Logistikpartner für den Bundesverband Deutsche Tafel e.V. Im Rahmen der Kooperation übernimmt das Unternehmen für die bundesweit mehr als 870 Tafeln unter anderem den Transport von Hilfsgütern, die von Firmen und Privatpersonen gespendet und an Bedürftige
