ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe strengthens premium sheet segment through acquisition of Belgian steel service center Antwerp Decoil Center

ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe today acquired Antwerp Decoil Center (ADC). The Belgian steel service center is specialized in cutting hot-rolled strip to length. Its strategically favorable location in the port of Antwerp provides access to ocean and inland waterway shipping as well as rail and road connections. The premises include an 8,000 square meter shop housing a cut-to-length line. ADC (around 20 employees) will join the Heavy Plate business unit of ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe and in the future will operate under the name ThyssenKrupp Steel Heavy Plate Antwerp. Previously the service center was mainly owned by a variety of investment companies cj Pbhqxfa lrh gli Cxibbwcstvy.
