Die bislang unter der Marke PAS® bekannten Sonderbaustähle von ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe heißen jetzt PERFORM®. Die hohe Festigkeit der Stähle und ihre einfache Verarbeitung bleiben das Hauptmerkmal dieser Gütepalette. PERFORM® wurde speziell für die Kaltumformung entwickelt. Das macht sie besonders geeignet für den modernen Leichtbau bei Nutzfahrzeugen und Mobilkranen, wo Bauteile aufgrund des hohen Eigengewichts oder schwerer Traglasten, aber auch durch Unebenheiten auf der Straße, starken Belastungen ausgesetzt sind.
