Zum Start des neuen Ausbildungsjahrs beginnen bei ThyssenKrupp Stainless 104 Berufseinsteiger ihre Ausbildung. Damit wird eine Ausbildungsquote von 6,1% erreicht. Das Tochterunternehmen ThyssenKrupp Nirosta bildet in vier Werken 80 neue Auszubildende aus, während ThyssenKrupp VDM weiteren 22 Jugendlichen eine Berufschance ermöglicht. Die ThyssenKrupp Stainless AG in Duisburg wird erstmals zwei angehende Industriekaufleute ausbilden. Insgesamt beschäftigt ThyssenKrupp Stainless 374 Auszubildende.

Bei ThyssenKrupp Stainless stehen im gewerblich-technischen Bereich neun verschiedene Berufe zur Auswahl, angehende Kaufleute können zwischen fünf Karrierewegen wählen.
