Die beiden Schwesterunternehmen haben ihren Sitz in Barcelona, Spanien. TEAM ist für die Erstausrüstung zuständig, TRABOSA betätigt sich im Bereich der Wartung. Im Jahr 2005 beschäftigten TEAM/TRABOSA über 200 Mitarbeiter und erwirtschafteten einen Umsatz von etwa 15 Millionen Euro. Mit dieser Übernahme führt der Marktführer ThyssenKrupp Airport Systems seine Wachstumsstrategie innerhalb der Flughafenindustrie fort.

TEAM/TRABOSA sind auf den europäischen und südamerikanischen Märkten sowie in Nordafrika gut positioniert.
