THIN - Share issue to employee

The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") has resolved to issue 750,000 shares to a former employee, in accordance with the Company's 2010 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan, corresponding to share capital increase of NOK 82,500 (each share issued having a par value of NOK 0.11).

Following this transaction, the Company's share capital will be NOK 40,383,243.12. The subscription price per share is NOK 1.01. The total subscription price therefore is NOK 757,500, of which NOK 82,500 is added to the Company's share capital while NOK 675,000 is added to the Company's funds in accordance with the provisions
