THIN - Share issue to employee

The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 27 August 2013 to issue 250,000 shares to an employee, in accordance with the Company's 2010 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan, corresponding to share capital increase of NOK 27,500 (each share issued having a par value of NOK 0.11).

Following this transaction, the Company's share capital will be NOK 40,300,743.12. The subscription price per share is NOK 0.80. The total subscription price therefore is NOK 200,000, of which NOK 27,500 is added to the Company's share capital while NOK 172,500 is added to the Company's funds in accordance with phn dzosbajpcf da fwq Wrahxf Evvgmgu Rttswrqpz Yee.
