THIN - Share issue to employee

The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 15 August 2013 to issue 62,500 shares to a former employee, in accordance with the Company's 2011 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan, corresponding to share capital increase of NOK 6,875 (each share issued having a par value of NOK 0.11).

Following this transaction, the Company's share capital will be NOK 40,273,243.12. The subscription price per share is NOK 1.01. The total subscription price therefore is NOK 63,125, of which NOK 6,875 is added to the Company's share capital while NOK 56,250 is added to the Company's funds in accordance ejvv qga dwjqpbomhd zg kwk Iwprnq Cmgagkg Imcccuosd Iue.
