Thinfilm Annual General Meeting Held

Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") held its annual general meeting on 10 May 2012. 56 percent of the shares were represented.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals contained in the notice of the meeting. The annual general meeting elected a nomination committee consisting of three members: Paal E. Johnsen (chairman), John Markus Lervik and Christian Schlytter-Henrichsen.

All board members other than Margareta Josefsson were elected for a two year term at the 2011 annual general meeting. Margareta Josefsson was re-elected for a new term of two years, while Catarina Göthe was released from the board. Consequently, the
