THIN - Share issue to employees

The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA("Thinfilm") resolved on 28 February 2012 to issue 275,000 shares to existing and former employees, in accordance with the Company's 2009/2010 Subscription Rights Plan, corresponding to share capital increase of NOK 30,250 (each share issued having a par value of NOK 0.11).

Following this transaction, the Company's share capital will be NOK 33,530,099.46. The subscription price per share is NOK 1.09 (50,000 shares) and NOK 0.80 (225,000 shares).
