Der Berliner Experte für crowdsourced Softwaretesting testCloud (http://www.testcloud.de) erhielt gestern den Detecon ICT Award in der Kategorie "Innovation". Der Preis, der von Detecon International in Kooperation mit dem Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie erstmals in Köln vergeben wurde, würdigt exzellente Leistungen und Produkte im Bereich der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie (auf Englisch ICT).

Die testCloud GmbH ist darauf spezialisiert, Webseiten, mobile Applikationen und Unternehmensanwendungen via Crowdsourcing zu testen. Das Netzwerk von testCloud umfasst rund 3.000 freiberuflich arbeitende Tester, darunter IT-Experten und gewöhnliche Internetnutzer, die Software auf Funktionalität, Usability und Sicherheit prüfen.
