Anbieter können Mitnahme der Handynummer mitunter verweigern

Möchte ein Mobilfunk-Kunde seine bisherige Rufnummer zu einem anderen Anbieter mitnehmen, kann es passieren, dass der alte Anbieter die Nummer nicht freigibt - obwohl der Kunde laut Telekommunikationsgesetz (TKG) eigentlich einen Rechtsanspruch darauf hat. Seit der TKG-Novelle im Mai kann er die Nummer sogar innerhalb kürzester Zeit aus einem laufenden Vertrag herausportieren, während das vorher nur zum Ende der Laufzeit möglich war. Trotzdem ist die Verweigerung der Rufnummern-Mitnahme in einigen Fällen gesetzeskonform.
