Mit heutigem Datum hat der Vorstand beschlossen, von einer größeren Österreichischen Unternehmensgruppe deren Teilgeschäftsbetrieb zur Entwicklung, Herstellung und Vertrieb von sogenannten "Class 5 Softswitch"-Lösungen im Rahmen eines "Asset-Deals" zum Kaufpreis im unteren einstelligen Millionenbereich zu erwerben. Der endgültige Erwerb steht unter dem Vorbehalt der Zustimmung des Aufsichtrates.
