Dehnungsmessungen im Maschinenbau

Maschinen sind teilweise extrem rauen Umgebungsbedingungen ausgesetzt. Typische Beispiele hierfür sind Baumaschinen, Bergbaumaschinen und Maschinen, die in Steinbrüchen sowie im Straßen- und Tiefbau im Einsatz sind. In solchen Maschinen treten teilweise sehr hohe Kräfte auf, die die Maschinenkonstruktion belasten und im schlimmsten Fall zur Schwächung der Konstruktion und somit zum Ausfall der Maschine führen können. Daher muss in vielen Fällen, die Dehnung an kritischen Maschinenteilen gemessen werden. Für solche Anwendungen hat tecsis den Dehnungsaufnehmer F9302 entwickelt, der auf der bewährten Dünnfilmtechnik beruht. Die Montage ist sehr einfach - der Aufnehmer wird kraftschlüssig auf das Bauteil geschraubt, dessen Dehnung überwacht werden
