Vorläufige Zahlen zum Q3 / 9M 2013

Auf der Grundlage vorläufiger Zahlen für das dritte Quartal 2013 ist der Vorstand der technotrans AG zu der Einschätzung gekommen, dass die Umsatz- und Ergebnisziele für das Geschäftsjahr 2013 nicht mehr erreicht werden können. Nach den aktuellen Erkenntnissen wird der Umsatz im Geschäftsjahr 2013 insgesamt rund 102 Millionen € betragen (Erwartung zuletzt 105 Millionen €). Infolge des geringeren Umsatzes wird die EBIT-Marge für das Gesamtjahr voraussichtlich rund 3,5 Prozent erreichen (Planung zuletzt 6 Prozent).

Zwar stieg der Umsatz im dritten Quartal im Vergleich zum Vorjahr nach vorläufigen Zahlen noch um 4,7 Prozent auf rund 25,3 Millionen €. Das Wachstum
