Einweihung des Internationalen Getränkewissenschaftlichen Zentrums Weihenstephan (iGZW) am 22. April 2013

Am 22. April 2013 wird das Internationale Getränkewissenschaftliche Zentrum Weihenstephan (iGZW) feierlich eröffnet - ein in dieser Art weltweit einmaliges Forschungsinstitut: Auf 4.200 Quadratmetern vereint das neue Forschungsgebäude alle Schlüsselkomponenten moderner Brau- und Getränketechnologie.

Am iGZW erkunden Wissenschaftler die biologische Grundlagen und neue technische Verfahren für die Herstellung neuartiger Getränke. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf funktionellen Getränken, die mit gesundheitsfördernden Inhaltsstoffen angereichert sind.

Die Technische Universität München lädt Sie herzlich zur Einweihungsfeier am 22. April 2013 ein. Die Veranstaltung beginnt um 10.00 Uhr; um 9.45 Uhr findet ein Fototermin mit Wissenschaftsminister Dr. Wolfgang Heubisch und dem TUM-Präsidenten Prof. Wolfgang G. Ipfwtcgw bjqvw.
