Leichtbaulösungen aus einer Hand

Am Institut für Leichtbau und Kunststofftechnik (ILK) der Technischen Universität Dresden werden auf dem Gebiet des ressourcen-schonenden Leichtbaus hoher Material- und Energieeffizienz um-fangreiche Forschungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Seit der Gründung des ILK im Jahr 1994 wird das von Institutsdirektor Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Werner Hufenbach entwickelte Dresdner Modell eines "Funktions-integrativen Systemleichtbaus in Multi-Material-Design" verfolgt und technologisch umgesetzt. Dabei wird ein werkstoff- und produkt-übergreifender Ansatz zu Grunde gelegt. Die gesamte Entwicklungs-kette "Werkstoff, Konstruktion, Simulation, Fertigung, Bauteil, Quali-tätssicherung und Kosten" wird erfasst.
