Dereco hat für ein niederländisches Family-Office ein geplantes Wohn- und Geschäftshaus in Bad Homburg erworben. Die als Asset-Deal durchgeführte Transaktion hat ein Volumen von rund 23 Mio. Euro. Taylor Wessing hat Dereco in allen für die Transaktion relevanten juristischen Belangen beraten. Verkäufer ist eine Projektgesellschaft von Schoofs Immobilien. Der Neubau soll bis April 2017 auf einem Areal an der Kalbacher Straße 18/Im Atzelnest entstehen und umfasst 3.000 m² Verkaufsfläche für einen Rewe-Markt samt Getränkemarkt sowie 32 Wohnungen auf 3.500 m².
