Die Stadtwerke Düren GmbH hat damit begonnen, ihre bislang auf verschiedenen Datenbanken verteilten Datenbestände in eine zentrale Datenbank zusammenzuführen. Bei diesem Projekt unter dem Titel "JOne4All" wird der regionale Energieversorger von Spezialisten der taskarena Software Engineering GmbH mit Sitz in Bonn beraten und unterstützt.

"Wir wollen eine modular aufgebaute Software schaffen, die unter einer einheitlichen Benutzeroberfläche verschiedene Verwaltungsfunktionen zusammenfasst", erläutert René Mostard, projektverantwortlicher Programm-Entwickler der Stadtwerke Düren GmbH. "Dazu war es notwendig, die bislang zum Teil von einzelnen Mitarbeitern selbst angelegten Datenbanken in eine zentrale Oracle-Datenbank zu überführen."
