High-speed Internet access - T-Com sells ten millionth dsl device

Broadband internet is part of everyday life. According to a study by the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Onlineforschung (AGOF) online research working group, over 42 percent of Internet users go online via a high-speed Internet access. Whether wireless or not - they all need a DSL device. T-Com today handed over its ten millionth DSL device to a customer. In 2006 alone, the company marketed 2.5 million modems, routers and W-LAN devices that T-Com had pooled in the Speedport product group.

It all started in 1999 with the Teledat 300 LAN DSL modem. Today, the Speedport series is successfully established on the market.
