Swisslog verkauft Division Wassermann

Swisslog hat eine Vereinbarung unterzeichnet, das Geschäft der Division Consulting Services/Wassermann an deren Management zu verkaufen. Die beiden Geschäftsführer der in München angesiedelten Swisslog-Division Consulting Services/Wassermann erwerben deren Geschäftsaktivitäten in Form eines Management-Buyouts. Die Division beschäftigt derzeit rund 50 Mitarbeitende und erzielte 2007 einen Umsatz von MCHF 12.7 sowie einen EBITA von MCHF 0.1. "Die Geschäftsaktivitäten der Division Consulting Services/Wassermann sind für die Swisslog-Gruppe nicht von strategischer Bedeutung", erklärt CEO Remo Brunschwiler. Der Verkauf dieser Einheit ist für Swisslog mit einem Buchverlust von rund MCHF 6 verbunden.
