Offenlegung von Beteiligungen gemäss Art. 20 BEHG

Gestützt auf Art. 20 des Börsengesetzes hat die Swisslog Holding AG, Buchs, von der Valartis Bank AG, Sihlstrasse 24, 8021 Zürich, am 28.12.2007 die folgenden zwei Meldungen erhalten:

1. Beteiligung per 21.12.2007 Die Valartis Bank AG hat den Grenzwert von 5% der Stimmrechte bei Veräusserungspositionen per 21.12.2007 unterschritten. Diese Meldepflicht wurde durch den Verfall von Optionen ausgelöst. Die Valartis Bank AG meldete damit am 28.12.2007 folgende Beteiligung an der Swisslog Holding AG per 21.12.2007: siehe Angang.

2. Beteiligung per 27.12.2007 Die Valartis Bank AG hat den Grenzwert von 5% der Stimmrechte bei Veräusserungspositionen per 27.12.2007 überschritten.
