Straffung der Führungsstruktur bei Swisslog

Der Verwaltungsrat der Swisslog Holding AG hat entschieden, die Führungsstruktur der Swisslog-Gruppe anzupassen. Ab dem 1. Januar 2013 wird Verwaltungsratspräsident Hans Ziegler den Vorsitz der Gruppenleitung übernehmen. Neben Hans Ziegler werden die Divisionsleiter Karl Pühringer für Healthcare Solutions und Joe Doering für Warehouse & Distribution Solutions sowie Christian Mäder als Finanzchef und Leiter des Corporate Centers in der Gruppenleitung vertreten sein. Diese Änderung erfolgt aufgrund des Austritts von CEO Remo Brunschwiler per Ende Jahr.

Mit der neuen Führungsstruktur berichtet die Gruppenleitung direkt an den Verwaltungsratspräsidenten, der als Vorsitzender der Gruppenleitung eine exekutive Funktion übernimmt. Jürg Rückert, langjähriger Vizepräsident des Verwaltungsrats
