Bei einer Feierstunde zum "audit berufundfamilie" wurden am 11. Juni in Berlin die diesjährigen Zertifikatsempfänger geehrt. Bereits zum zweiten Mal erhielt die swb AG das begehrte Prädikat für eine familienfreundliche Personalpolitik. Aus dem ganzen Bundesgebiet waren Vertreter der 371 ausgezeichneten Arbeitgeber angereist. swb-Personalleiterin Katrin Schäfer nahm die Auszeichnung für ihr Unternehmen entgegen: "Unsere familienbewusste Personalpolitik ist für uns ein wertvolles Instrument, um unsere Attraktivität als Arbeitgeber zu steigern und die Zufriedenheit und Motivation unserer Mitarbeiter zu erhöhen.
