Bioerdgas aus Ottersberg für Bremer und Bremerhavener Blockheizkraftwerke swb Services veredelt Biogas

Ab dem 2. Halbjahr 2012 wird die swb Services GmbH & Co. KG aus Bremen, eine 100-prozentige Tochtergesellschaft der swb AG, Rohbiogas in einer Größenordnung von 47 Gigawattstunden pro Jahr (GWh/a) in Ottersberg zur Aufbereitung übernehmen. Die Einspeisung erfolgt in das Erdgasnetz der Stadtwerke Achim AG. Damit wird der Bremer Energiedienstleister etwa 50 Prozent der gesamten Produktion aus der bestehenden Biogasanlage der Benas GmbH übernehmen, aufbereiten und einspeisen.

Aktuell wird die von Benas produzierte Gesamtbiogasmenge den Vorort installierten Blockheizkraftwerken (BHKW) zugeführt. Zukünftig wird ein Teilstrom des produzierten Rohbiogases von bis zu 1.200 Nm³/h in der Aufbereitungsanlage zu Bioerdgas aufbereitet.
