Survey Anyplace Jumpstarts Consumer Brand Community for Under $100

Mobile lead generation tool uses on-pack QR code campaign for interactive real-time data collection

Survey Anyplace, the app-free lead generation mobile survey tool provider, and Astra Sweets, a major European candy company, are collaborating on creating a brand community for its UFO candies, available at Carrefour stores in France and Belgium. 97% of respondents provided contact details in an earlier campaign for Astra's Frisia marshmallows.

The UFO on-pack promotion is labelled with a QR code and URL linking to a Survey Anyplace customized survey that customers fill in via their mobile devices. Astra's survey asks for customer product feedback via comments or uploaded images. As an incentive for participating, they receive a free pack of candy if they enter their name and email address.

"Survey Anyplace delivered a successful brand community for only $87 when we launched our Frisia mini marshmallows line. 10% of our customers even provided a picture of themselves enjoying our product," said Eline van Muilwijk, Marketing Manager at Astra. "We immediately turned to Survey Anyplace for our new campaign."

Survey Anyplace is an app-free survey and quiz tool designed for mobile, allowing for data collection online and off, fully capturing the customer experience in real time. It's easily customizable, requiring no programming. It provides flexible, fast lead generation and retention by allowing the surveyor to collect customer data without having any information to begin with. It reduces the cost of market research by eliminating forms and data entry. It even allows for multimedia feedback, such as images and voice.
