SÜSS MicroTec, führender Hersteller von Anlagen und Prozesslösungen für die Halbleiterindustrie und verwandte Märkte, gibt heute die Markteinführung der MA/BA Gen4 Serie bekannt. Diese neue Generation des halbautomatischen Mask- und Bond Aligners zeichnet sich durch verbesserte Fähigkeiten im Hinblick auf Justagegenauigkeit, Ergonomie sowie geringere Betriebskosten aus. Mit der Markteinführung der vierten Generation setzt SÜSS MicroTec auf ein neuartiges Plattformsystem. Die beiden Plattformen unterscheiden sich durch ihre jeweilige Konfiguration und bestehen zum einen aus der MA/BA Gen4 für Standardprozesse sowie der MA/BA Gen4 Pro Serie für anspruchsvolle High-End Prozesse.
