Die Südzucker AG hat am 22. Januar 2025 über ihre 100-prozentige niederländische Tochtergesellschaft Südzucker International Finance B.V. eine Unternehmensanleihe über 500 Millionen Euro erfolgreich gepriced. Die nicht nachrangige, durch die Südzucker AG garantierte Anleihe hat eine Laufzeit von sieben Jahren und einen Kupon von 4,125 Prozent. Die Anleihe wird nach Valutierung am regulierten Markt an der Luxemburger Börse gelistet, ist aufgrund einer Stückelung von 1.000 Euro auch für Privatanleger interessant und für diese ab 30. Januar 2025 handelbar.

Der Emissionserlös soll für allgemeine Unternehmenszwecke genutzt werden, unter anderem für die Refinanzierung einer im November 2025 fälligen Anleihe.
