Die neuen Web-managed-Gigabit-Switches ZyXEL GS1200-5HP und GS1200-8HP bieten mehr als übliche PoE-Switches. Sie verfügen über ein einfach bedienbares Web-GUI, mit dem sich Traffic intuitiv priorisieren, limitieren und gegen unbefugten Zugriff absichern lässt. Die Gigabit-Switches wurden speziell für kleine Büros und Heimarbeitsplätze entwickelt.

IGMP für optimales Multimedia-Streaming

Die Switches der ZyXEL GS1200 Series bieten konfigurierbare QoS-Features, die insbesondere bei Multimedia-Inhalten zum Tragen kommen. IGMP Snooping v1, v2 und v3 sind implementiert und die Portwahl durch den Router ist somit möglich.
