Die Rohstahlproduktion in Deutschland ist im März um über 10 Prozent gegenüber dem Vorjahresmonat auf 3,3 Millionen Tonnen zurückgegangen. Nach einem ohnehin niedrigen Ergebnis im Vorjahreszeitraum, fiel die Stahlerzeugung in den ersten drei Monaten des Jahres um rund 6 Prozent.
