Erster Spatenstich im Rheinbad: Umweltfreundliche Stromerzeugung „zum Anfassen“

In einigen Wochen wird im Rheinbad im Düsseldorfer Norden mit einer Photovoltaikanlage umweltfreundlich Strom erzeugt. Der erste Spatenstich ist jetzt erfolgt. Am Mittwoch, 22.11.2006, begannen die Arbeiten der Stadtwerke Düsseldorf und der Bädergesellschaft: Mitten auf der Liegewiese im Kinderbereich werden drei jeweils 15 Quadratmeter große Photovoltaikmodule in knapp drei Meter Höhe die Sonne einfangen und daraus umweltfreundlich Strom erzeugen. Die Arbeiten sollen, abhängig von der Wetterlage, bis Ende des Jahres abgeschlossen sein.
