Mail Professionals ist ein landesweiter Anbieter von Dokumentenservices, einschließlich der Einrichtung und dem Betrieb von Dokumentenmanagement-Systemen. Mit dieser Transaktion setzt SPS seine Wachstumsstrategie fort und baut seine führende Stellung als Anbieter von hybriden Arbeitsplatzlösungen, Office-Logistik-Dienstleistungen und Poststellen in Deutschland weiter aus. Durch eine Vielzahl von führenden DAX-Unternehmen aus den Branchen Banken, Energieversorger, Telekommunikationsunternehmen, Versicherungen und Gesundheitswesen erweitert SPS damit sein Kundenportfolio.
