Die Mummert Consulting AG gibt die Mehrheit der Anteile an der ASSEKURATA Rating-Agentur GmbH an Wilhelm Alms ab. Alms war bis Ende 2003 Vorstand der Unternehmensberatung. Mummert Consulting hat ASSEKURATA 1996 gegründet und zu einer namhaften Institution unter den Rating-Agenturen in Deutschland aufgebaut. Als neuer Mehrheitsgesellschafter wird Alms die strategische Ausweitung der Geschäftsaktivitäten begleiten und forcieren. "Aus Sicht von Mummert Consulting ist die Aufbauarbeit bei ASSEKURATA abgeschlossen. Die Gesellschaft beginnt nun, neue Geschäftsfelder zu erobern", sagt Jürgen Sponnagel, Vorstandsvorsitzender der Beratungsgesellschaft. "Dies ist für uns der richtige Moment, unser Engagement aus einer Minderheitsbeteiligung heraus fortzusetzen."
