Die Berliner SOLON AG für Solartechnik beteiligt sich mit 41 Prozent an der Firma ml&s GmbH & Co. KG, Greifswald, einem Komplett-Dienstleister für die Elektronikindustrie. Die Beteiligung erfolgt durch Übernahme der Gesellschaftsanteile zweier Altgesellschafter. Über die Höhe des Kaufpreises wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.

Die im Jahr 2002 gegründete ml&s GmbH & Co. KG mit Sitz in Greifswald, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, beschäftigt mehr als 300 Mitarbeiter. Kerngeschäft des Unternehmens ist die Erbringung von Fertigungs- und Logistikdienstleistungen als Auftragsfertiger von elektronischen Geräten und Systemen für eine Vielzahl von Branchen. Die SOLON AG und die ml&s GmbH & Co. KG kooperieren zudem bereits seit mehreren Jahren
