Mr. Tobias Wahl, currently the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SOLON SE, has resigned from this office with effect from the end of the annual general meeting that is scheduled to take place on June 17, 2009. Mr. Wahl has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2002 and has been Chairman since 2006.
