Markteinführung zur Jahresmitte - Erneut Wirkungsgrad-Rekord eingestellt

SolarWorld steigert erneut den Wirkungsgrad seiner Produkte. Nach der Umrüstung der gesamten Produktion auf hocheffiziente PERC-Solarzellen hat der Konzern jetzt auch angekündigt, Mitte des Jahres Zellen und Module mit 5-Busbar-Technologie auf den Markt zu bringen. Marktüblich sind bisher drei Busbars (Kontakte auf der Voderseite der Solarzelle, an der sie verschaltet werden). Die 5-Busbar-Technologie allein steigert den Wirkungsgrad um bis zu zwei Prozentpunkte. Mit einem Wirkungsgrad von 21,51 Prozent hat SolarWorld damit gerade erneut den eigenen Weltrekord für industrielle PERC-Zellen auf Basis kristalliner p-type Siliziumwafer eingestellt.
