Fidelity International Limited wird neuer Großaktionär der Solarvalue AG

Institutionelle Investoren halten mehr als 35 Prozent der Anteile / Zahl der börsennotierten Solarvalue-Aktien jetzt bei 1.050.000

Die während der Bezugsfrist von den Altaktionären nicht bezogenen Aktien wurden Ende August bei internationalen institutionellen Investoren zum festgesetzten Preis von 64 Euro je Aktie platziert. Größter Zeichner war dabei Fidelity International Limited, die nunmehr knapp 10 Prozent der Anteile an der Solarvalue AG halten. Mit mehr als 4.000 Angestellten in 23 Ländern und einem verwalteten Vermögen von knapp 280 Milliarden US-Dollar zählt die in Groß-britannien ansässige Fidelity International Limited zu den größten Investmentgesellschaften der Welt.

Nach Aufnahme der Notiz für die 210.000 neuen Aktien aus der erfolgten Kapitalerhöhung, sind ab sofort insgesamt 1.050.000 Aktien zum Börsenhandel zugelassen.
