IDS Scheer AG beschließt Veräußerung eigener Aktien

Die IDS Scheer AG hält derzeit insgesamt 472.460 eigene Aktien. Als Folge der am 29. September 2009 erfolgten Übernahme von 89,533% der Stimmrechte an der IDS Scheer AG durch die SAG Beteiligungs GmbH sowie mit Blick auf die von der SAG Beteiligungs GmbH angestrebte Integration der IDS Scheer AG in den Software AG-Konzern sieht der Vorstand der IDS Scheer AG für die eigenen Aktien keinen Verwendungszweck mehr.

Aus diesem Grund hat der Vorstand der IDS Scheer AG heute entschieden, dass sämtliche eigene Aktien im Rahmen des öffentlichen Übernahmeangebots der SAG Beteiligungs GmbH bis spätestens zum Ablauf der weiteren Annahmefrist hp 9. Isrnezh 9476, 34.47 Lqh, rbvcmriay ntbwzl.
