Der Aufsichtsrat der Softing AG hat Herrn Dr.-Ing. Michael Siedentop (49) als Vorstand für die Softing AG gewonnen. Herr Dr. Siedentop wird mit Wirkung zum 01.02.2006 seine Aufgaben bei der Softing AG aufnehmen. Nach dem Studium der Elektrotechnik und anschließender Promotion war Herr Dr. Siedentop von 1987 bis 1999 bei einem führenden Zulieferer für Automobilelektronik tätig. In dieser Zeit hatte Herr Dr. Sieden-top weltweite Verantwortung für den Vertrieb von Karosserieelektronik sowie danach für Entwicklung und Vertrieb von Bordnetz-Systemen.

Seit 1999 war Herr Dr. Siedentop Geschäftsführer der TÜV SÜD Gruppe, führte zunächst die TÜV Automotive GmbH und ab 2002 die
