Die Softing AG in Haar hat die neue Version 1.70 der PC-Software für den PB-T3 veröffentlicht. Das Update steht für alle Anwender auf der Internetseite www.softing.com kostenlos zur Verfügung. Neue Features sind u.a. die automatische Messung aller Teilnehmer eines Segments, das um die Signal-Oszillogramme erweiterte ausführlichere Prüfprotokoll sowie neue Lokalisierungen: der PB-T3 "spricht" jetzt neben Deutsch und Englisch auch Französisch, Italienisch und Chinesisch. Softings Diagnose-Tools für verschiedene Feldbussysteme sind in der Produktfamilie bus check zusammengefasst. Das Portfolio für den PROFIBUS umfasst neben dem Kabeltester PB T3 u.a. den PROFIBUS PA Diagnose Monitor BC-230-PB sowie die Protokoll-Analyzer BC 400 PB und OG 578 EZ jwa tcw WPCZRXZA NK hbd MA.
