Echocollect jetzt auch für SINUMERIK 840D

Softings echocollect bietet nun auch die Möglichkeit, NC-Daten aus Siemens SINUMERIK 840D für übergeordnete Systemen bereitzustellen, beispielsweise für OEE- und MES-Aufgaben. Echocollect ist ein Gateway für die serielle und Ethernet-basierte Anbindung von Steuerungen an Datenbanken (Oracle, dB2, MySQL, MS-SQL) und ERP-Anwendungen (z.B. SAP). Hierfür unterstützt echocollect die Kommunikationsprotokolle verschiedener Steuerungshersteller. Rückwirkungsfrei werden auch verteilte Prozessdaten gesammelt und durch parametrierbare Trigger als Prozessabbilder an die Datenbank weitergeleitet. Im Fall eines Verbindungsabbruchs werden die Daten zwischengespeichert und nach Wiederherstellung der Verbindung - mit dem entsprechenden Zeitstempel versehen - endgültig versandt. Für eine Anbindung über "classic" OPC ist ein kompatibler OPC-Server optional verfügbar.
