IKEA to offer mobile self-scanning and self-checkout with snabble
Worldwide self-scanning pioneer IKEA is testing the snabble app in its store in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, starting today(PresseBox) (Bonn, )
There’s also a designated express checkout in the checkout area to make sure that customers using snabble do not have to wait in line.
IKEA’s goal is to find out if the use of snabble can improve the productivity of its checkout area and thereby reduce waiting times for customers in store.
